For all-inclusive vacation packages, there is no planning fee. I’m compensated directly by the resort partners, which allows me to provide my planning services to you at no additional cost.

For more complex itineraries such as Europe, Hawaii, multi-city trips, custom U.S. travel, cruises, or fully tailored experiences, a professional planning fee may apply. These trips require extensive research, customized logistics, flight coordination, transfers, curated experiences, and detailed itinerary building.

At this time, I primarily book complete vacation packages. Flights-only bookings are limited, as my expertise is best utilized when managing the entire travel experience to ensure seamless coordination and support.

Yes. Most vacation packages only require a deposit to secure your trip, with the remaining balance due closer to departure.

Because I maintain strong relationships with many resort partners, my clients are often prioritized for added perks or potential upgrades when available. While never guaranteed, my goal is always to position you for the best possible experience.

For all-inclusive Caribbean or Mexico travel, ideally 6-9 months in advance for the best availability and pricing.

For Europe, Hawaii, and custom international itineraries, 9–12 months in advance is recommended especially for peak seasons.
